Event Overview
The M³T&I + X Lab successfully hosted the 2nd NUS Symposium on Translation and Interpreting Evaluation from 21 to 22 May 2026 in the Department of Chinese Studies at the National University of Singapore. The symposium is themed “Advancing Translation and Interpreting Quality Assessment: Past Lessons, Transferable Insights, and Future Directions”.
The symposium focused on research into Quality Assessment in Multilingual, Multimodal, and Multiagent Translation and Interpreting (QAM³T&I). Participating scholars engaged in in-depth discussions of the latest research developments in language testing and the assessment of translation and interpreting.
